What is included in the rent?

The rent includes Water, Electricity, DSTV, Uncapped Fibre internet, washing and Ironing, a Domestic Cleaner full time and a Panic Security App.

Do you require a Deposit?

Yes we require 1,5 month’s rent as a deposit. So if the room price is R4,000 we will be requiring a deposit of R6,000, deposit remains refundable.

Are these rooms furnished?

No, except for a wardrobe you need to furnish the room with a bed, etc. The lounge, kitchen and dining rooms are furnished, on request rooms can be furnished.

Are there safe parking?

Yes with all properties all vehicles will be behind a gated area. In some properties we have garages available at additional cost.

How are the properties maintained?

We have a full maintenance team on board that maintain all properties on a daily basis. Except for the full time domestic worker, we make sure the pools are fully maintained and serviced and all gardens are serviced on a weekly basis. The maintenance team also oversee general maintenance work under supervision.
